Customer Service Representative
We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team on a contract basis in Providence, Rhode Island. This role requires strong communication skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional service to customers. You will play a key part in handling inquiries, managing orders, and ensuring customer satisfaction.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally through inbound and outbound calls.<br>• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently while ensuring data entry integrity.<br>• Provide detailed information about products, services, and company policies to address customer needs.<br>• Resolve customer issues effectively, ensuring a positive resolution and maintaining satisfaction.<br>• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions for reference and reporting.<br>• Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience.<br>• Follow established protocols and guidelines to ensure compliance with company standards.<br>• Handle a high volume of calls while maintaining quality and professionalism.<br>• Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services when appropriate.<br>• Continuously stay informed about company updates, new products, and services.
• Prior experience in a call center or customer service role is essential.<br>• Proficiency in handling inbound and outbound calls with attention to detail.<br>• Strong skills in order entry and accurate data management.<br>• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.<br>• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.<br>• Familiarity with customer service tools and software is preferred.<br>• Problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering solutions to customer concerns.<br>• Collaborative mindset and ability to work well within a team setting.
