<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Previous customer service experience (1-2 years preferred) or a related role.</li><li>Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet.</li><li>Proficiency in using CRM systems, customer service software, and Microsoft Office Suite.</li><li>Ability to multitask, stay organized, and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>High school diploma required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.</li><li>Detail-oriented and committed to delivering exceptional customer service.</li></ul><p>Apply online today!</p>
