Sr. Executive Assistant
<p>We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Administrative Assistant to join our clients team in Portland, Oregon. In this long-term contract position, you will play a pivotal role in supporting executive-level operations by managing schedules, coordinating travel, and facilitating high-level communications. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute your expertise in administrative support within the local government sector.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Oversee and maintain executive calendars, ensuring seamless scheduling of meetings and appointments.</p><p>• Arrange and book domestic and international travel plans, including accommodations and transportation.</p><p>• Coordinate travel itineraries to align with business objectives and ensure timely execution.</p><p>• Prepare materials and reports for executive meetings, including board presentations.</p><p>• Manage email correspondence, prioritizing messages and responding on behalf of executives when necessary.</p><p>• Act as a liaison between executives and internal or external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication.</p><p>• Support the preparation and distribution of board reports and other high-level documentation.</p><p>• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.</p><p>• Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient administrative workflows.</p><p>• Provide general administrative support to executives as required.</p>
<p>• Proven experience as an executive assistant supporting senior-level executives.</p><p>• Strong proficiency in calendar management and scheduling.</p><p>• Expertise in booking and coordinating travel arrangements.</p><p>• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.</p><p>• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.</p><p>• High level of professionalism and ability to maintain discretion.</p><p>• Proficiency in using office software and tools, including email and document preparation.</p><p><br></p>
