<p>We are looking for an experienced Branch/Retail Banking Clerk to join our team on a contract basis in Fresno, California. In this role, you will support daily banking operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service for customers. If you have a strong background in retail banking and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, this position could be the perfect fit for you.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Process a variety of banking transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and account inquiries, while maintaining accuracy and compliance.</p><p>• Handle cash efficiently and securely, adhering to established protocols and procedures.</p><p>• Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.</p><p>• Assist with bank operational tasks, such as balancing cash drawers and preparing reports.</p><p>• Ensure compliance with banking regulations and organizational policies in all transactions.</p><p>• Collaborate with team members to support branch goals and meet performance targets.</p><p>• Monitor and safeguard sensitive customer information to maintain confidentiality.</p><p>• Provide guidance to customers regarding account options and banking services.</p><p>• Identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and improve service delivery.</p><p>• Stay updated on banking products, services, and operational procedures.</p>

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail or branch banking.<br>• Proficiency in handling cash and conducting accurate financial transactions.<br>• Solid understanding of banking operations and compliance standards.<br>• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.<br>• Ability to work in a detail-oriented and fast-paced environment.<br>• Familiarity with banking systems and software.<br>• Demonstrated problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach.<br>• High level of integrity and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
