We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team in Plano, Texas. This Contract-to-permanent opportunity is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills and a passion for maintaining accurate financial records. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the efficiency and accuracy of our accounts payable processes while collaborating with various departments.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Process and validate 200-300 invoices weekly, ensuring accuracy through 2-way and 3-way matching systems using tools like Sage Intacct and Concur.<br>• Manage vendor relationships by addressing inquiries, resolving discrepancies, and maintaining clear communication.<br>• Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance in all accounts payable operations.<br>• Reconcile accounts and contribute to month-end closing tasks as required.<br>• Leverage advanced Excel functionalities, such as Pivot Tables and V-lookups, for data analysis and reporting.<br>• Work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance accounts payable workflows and support finance-related initiatives.

• Proficiency in accounts payable functions, including invoice processing and coding.<br>• Experience with check runs and managing vendor payments.<br>• Strong skills in using Microsoft Excel, particularly Pivot Tables and V-lookups.<br>• Familiarity with accounting software like Sage Intacct, or the ability to quickly learn similar tools.<br>• Demonstrated ability to handle a high volume of invoices while maintaining accuracy.<br>• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills for vendor management and internal collaboration.
