Robert Half Management Resources is looking for a highly skilled SEC Reporting Analyst to join one of our clients on an interim basis. In this role, you will work closely with a banking client to prepare and review external financial reporting deliverables while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and internal controls. This position offers an excellent opportunity for professionals with a background in public accounting or financial services to contribute to a dynamic reporting environment. Responsibilities:• Prepare and review filings such as Form 10-Q, Form 10-K, Form 8-K, and related disclosures to ensure accuracy and compliance.• Support quarterly and annual financial reporting processes, including footnote preparation and thorough tie-outs.• Utilize Workiva to streamline reporting workflows, documentation, and filing processes.• Ensure adherence to SEC regulations, U.S. GAAP, and internal control standards.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including accounting, finance, audit, and regulatory reporting departments.• Conduct ad hoc accounting research and assist with special projects as required.• Manage deliverables effectively while meeting strict deadlines during reporting cycles.• Apply expertise in XBRL tagging and Oracle Fusion to enhance reporting accuracy.• Provide insights for Management Discussion & Analysis (MD& A) within financial reports.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related field. • 3–6 years of relevant experience, with a strong preference for candidates with public accounting backgrounds. • Prior experience in financial services or banking industries is highly desirable. • Proficiency in Workiva/Wdesk is required. • Solid understanding of SEC regulations, U.S. GAAP, and financial reporting standards. • CPA certification or eligibility is considered a strong advantage. • Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively. • Familiarity with XBRL tagging and Oracle Fusion is preferred.
