Office Assistant
We are looking for a detail-oriented Office Assistant to support our team on a short-term contract basis in Phoenix, Arizona. This role involves clerical tasks and document management, ensuring a smooth and organized workflow. It is an ideal opportunity for individuals who excel in maintaining precision and efficiency in administrative duties.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Organize and scan financial documents to ensure accurate digital records.<br>• Perform clerical tasks such as filing, organizing, and maintaining office documentation.<br>• Verify scanned documents for accuracy and completeness.<br>• Prepare files for digital archiving and assist in maintaining a structured record system.<br>• Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines effectively.<br>• Handle office equipment, including scanners, to complete tasks efficiently.<br>• Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive financial information.<br>• Provide support in general office duties as needed during the contract period.<br>• Ensure workspace remains clean and organized while performing tasks.<br>• Communicate with supervisors to report progress and address any challenges.
• Previous experience in scanning documents and handling clerical tasks.<br>• Proficiency in using standard office equipment, including scanners and computers.<br>• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.<br>• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.<br>• Excellent communication skills for reporting progress and collaborating with the team.<br>• Familiarity with digital archiving practices is preferred.<br>• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.<br>• Availability to work the required hours during the contract period.
