We are looking for a skilled attorney with substantial experience in construction and insurance litigation to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in handling complex legal matters, including both litigation and transactional work. This role offers the flexibility of a hybrid or remote work arrangement, provided the candidate resides near our office.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Manage a diverse portfolio of construction-related legal cases, including litigation and transactional matters.<br>• Represent design professionals, construction contractors, manufacturers, and property owners in various legal disputes.<br>• Handle insurance-related claims and collaborate closely with insurance carriers.<br>• Draft, negotiate, and review contracts for multi-million and multi-billion-dollar construction projects.<br>• Provide legal counsel on lien actions, claims assistance, and dispute resolution during construction projects.<br>• Oversee mediation, arbitration, and trial proceedings for high-value cases.<br>• Assist with appellate matters, ensuring comprehensive representation for clients.<br>• Address catastrophic injury and wrongful death cases arising from construction and business projects.<br>• Develop strong relationships with clients and insurance carriers through effective communication and strategic guidance.<br>• Stay current on legal trends and regulations impacting the construction and insurance industries.

• A minimum of 7 years of experience practicing law, with a focus on construction and insurance litigation.<br>• Licensed to practice law in Arizona.<br>• Proven experience representing clients in complex litigation and transactional matters.<br>• Strong understanding of construction law, including contract negotiation and claims management.<br>• Ability to manage high-value cases involving catastrophic injuries and wrongful death.<br>• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a collaborative approach to client relations.<br>• Familiarity with mediation, arbitration, and appellate procedures.<br>• Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
