<p><strong>Skills and Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Required:</strong></li><li>Extensive experience with Microsoft Excel, including functions, pivot tables, charts, and data analysis tools.</li><li>Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and organizational skills.</li><li>A high degree of <strong>coachability</strong> and willingness to learn the business.</li><li><strong>Nice to Have:</strong></li><li>Knowledge or hands-on experience with <strong>Microsoft Access</strong>, particularly in pulling and importing data into databases.</li><li>Familiarity with <strong>SQL</strong> querying for analytics and reporting purposes.</li><li>Prior experience navigating and interpreting business data-related processes.</li></ul><p><br></p>
