Change Management Consultant
<p>Robert Half Management Resources is looking for a skilled Change Management Consultant to join one of our clients on a contract basis. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting a large-scale modernization initiative by coordinating and executing training activities across various project phases. This position requires close collaboration with team members to ensure effective delivery of training sessions, tools, and resources. As a contract role, this opportunity offers engagement for the duration of the project.</p><p><br></p><p><u>Responsibilities:</u></p><p>• Coordinate and manage training schedules, logistics, and resources to ensure seamless execution of training sessions.</p><p>• Maintain and update training trackers, escalating issues as needed to ensure smooth project progress.</p><p>• Collaborate with the Learning Developer to keep training content, job aids, and tools up to date and aligned with project objectives.</p><p>• Organize and oversee Train-the-Trainer sessions, ensuring participant readiness and effective knowledge transfer.</p><p>• Collect and consolidate feedback from training activities to refine and enhance training processes.</p><p>• Monitor and report on training milestones, providing regular updates on progress and effectiveness.</p><p>• Support post-implementation training logistics to ensure continued adoption and success of the program.</p><p>• Partner with stakeholders to manage participant communications, attendance tracking, and other training-related tasks.</p>
• Proven experience in change management, training logistics, or instructional design.<br>• Strong organizational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.<br>• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams.<br>• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.<br>• Familiarity with large-scale project environments and the ability to thrive in fast-paced settings.<br>• Background in curriculum development, employee training, or business process re-engineering.<br>• Experience with user adoption strategies and organizational change management methodologies.
