We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with expertise in Procore to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona. In this role, you will act as a Subject Matter Expert, driving strategic initiatives to improve efficiency, streamline processes, and enhance productivity. You will collaborate with stakeholders, analyze business requirements, and develop innovative solutions to address operational challenges in a dynamic digital environment.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Serve as the primary Subject Matter Expert for Procore, offering guidance on best practices and system optimizations.<br>• Conduct detailed research and analysis on financial and operational systems, ensuring effective communication with stakeholders.<br>• Identify gaps in business processes and introduce new procedures, enhanced Procore configurations, and improved data management solutions.<br>• Develop and prototype systems within Procore to promote efficiency and productivity across various levels of the organization.<br>• Create comprehensive management plans for projects, ensuring transparent communication at all stages.<br>• Perform rigorous quality assurance checks throughout each phase of system development.<br>• Define and document user requirements for systems in production to maximize usability.<br>• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, HR, and IT, to create actionable analyses and documentation.<br>• Maintain and update internal and external documentation, delivering clear and concise requirements to stakeholders.<br>• Build strong relationships with partners to optimize system integration, addressing concerns with thorough research and recommendations.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience working with Procore in roles involving oversight, analysis, and system configuration.<br>• Demonstrated success in creating documentation, gathering business requirements, and generating actionable reports.<br>• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights.<br>• Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field is preferred.<br>• Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Visio, to support business analysis tasks.<br>• Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodologies and gap analysis techniques.<br>• Ability to manage user testing processes effectively.
