<p>We are looking for a skilled Bilingual Spanish/English Customer Service Representative to join our team in Phoenix, AZ. </p><p><br></p><p>In this long-term contract position, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service while addressing customer inquiries with attention to detail and efficiency. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate a commitment to providing accurate, timely solutions that meet customer needs.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Take ownership of incoming customer requests, ensuring timely and accurate resolution with attention to detail.</p><p>• Build rapport with customers by providing compassionate and respectful responses that exceed expectations.</p><p>• Navigate multiple systems and applications to research, analyze, and resolve customer inquiries effectively.</p><p>• Maintain high performance and quality standards in all customer interactions.</p><p>• Develop a basic understanding of personal lines insurance principles and the products offered by the company.</p><p>• Collaborate with team members and business partners to enhance the overall customer experience.</p><p>• Work a scheduled 40-hour shift, including occasional overtime and Saturday hours as needed.</p><p>• Handle special requests and assist with additional tasks or projects as assigned.</p><p>• Participate in training and adapt to new procedures to continuously improve service delivery. </p>
• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree or current pursuit of higher education preferred.<br>• 1-3 years of experience in the insurance industry or a related field.<br>• Strong customer-focused mindset and commitment to delivering outstanding service.<br>• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Spanish and English.<br>• Proficiency in computer applications and the ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously.<br>• Demonstrated accountability and a proactive approach to problem-solving.<br>• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.<br>• Flexibility to work scheduled shifts, including overtime and occasional weekends.
