This role requires a strategic thinker who can understand existing processes, assess their impact on end customers, and create new approaches to improve outcomes. You will work closely with large organizations and cross-functional teams to ensure products meet customer needs and business objectives.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Identify and define product requirements, taking ownership from initial concept through delivery.</li><li>Analyze existing processes and determine their impact on customers; develop new approaches where needed.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to align product vision and execution.</li><li>Understand customer behavior and needs, translating insights into actionable product requirements.</li><li>Dive deep into technical considerations when necessary to ensure feasibility and quality.</li></ul>

<p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Minimum of 8 years of experience in product management or a related field.</li><li><br></li><li>Strong ability to translate customer needs into product requirements.</li><li>Experience working with large organizations and cross-functional teams.</li><li>Ability to balance strategic thinking with technical detail.</li></ul><p>•<strong>Skills</strong></p><ul><li>Excellent communication and collaboration skills.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.</li></ul>
