We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst III to join our team on a contract basis in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. In this role, you will act as the vital link between business stakeholders and the IT department, ensuring technical solutions align with organizational goals. Your expertise in both business operations and IT systems will be key to driving process improvements and delivering functional specifications that meet user requirements.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Serve as the primary liaison between business units and the IT department to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.<br>• Analyze business operations to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for process automation.<br>• Facilitate the redesign and documentation of business processes to support new technology implementations.<br>• Translate high-level business requirements into detailed functional specifications for IT solutions.<br>• Manage and track changes to business requirements and functional specifications throughout the project lifecycle.<br>• Educate IT teams on business objectives and strategic direction to ensure alignment.<br>• Negotiate agreements and commitments between business and IT teams to achieve project goals.<br>• Monitor technological trends and recommend solutions to enhance the organization's competitive edge.<br>• Provide input on buy-versus-build decisions based on business needs and technical feasibility.<br>• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of IT solutions and business processes.

<p><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Minimum of 5 years of experience in Business Analysis, Product Management, or Project Management.</li><li>Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies (Agile and Waterfall).</li><li>Experience in telecommunications, particularly with core connectivity products.</li><li>Proficiency in JIRA, Smartsheets, and similar project tracking tools.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple programs and adapt to a fast-paced environment.</li></ul>
