We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst to join our team in Malvern, Pennsylvania, on a Contract to permanent basis. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with a strong background in data governance, financial services, and the ability to transform complex business challenges into actionable solutions. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment and work collaboratively to support organizational goals.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Develop and document detailed business requirements, use cases, and process workflows to support project objectives.<br>• Conduct gap analyses to identify areas for improvement and align business outcomes with strategic goals.<br>• Implement data quality frameworks and governance practices to ensure the accuracy and reliability of organizational data.<br>• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex business needs into actionable strategies and solutions.<br>• Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment throughout project lifecycles.<br>• Utilize tools such as Azure and Snowflake to analyze data and deliver insights that drive decision-making.<br>• Act as a critical thinker to identify challenges and propose innovative solutions within financial services contexts.<br>• Perform process mapping to streamline operations and enhance efficiency across departments.<br>• Provide expertise in Agile Scrum methodologies to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.<br>• Work onsite four days per week to ensure effective collaboration and project execution.

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on data governance and quality frameworks.<br>• Strong skills in business requirement documentation, use case development, and process mapping.<br>• Ability to perform gap analyses and translate complex data into actionable business strategies.<br>• Familiarity with tools like Azure and Snowflake; experience with is a plus.<br>• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.<br>• Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities to address business challenges effectively.<br>• Background in financial services or related industries.<br>• Knowledge of Agile Scrum methodologies and their implementation in project management.
