We are looking for an experienced Applications Architect to lead the design and development of innovative features for a clinical trial management platform. This role involves overseeing the end-to-end technical implementation of database solutions, business layers, and user interfaces while ensuring optimal performance and scalability. This is a long-term contract position based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, offering the opportunity to make a significant impact in the business services industry.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Design and implement new features for a clinical trial management application, focusing on database solutions, business logic, and user interfaces.<br>• Oversee live application support, resolving issues and ensuring seamless operation.<br>• Collaborate with team members to define a strategic roadmap for the platform, incorporating advanced technologies such as AI.<br>• Write high-quality, efficient, and maintainable code that adheres to best practices.<br>• Review code written by team members, providing constructive feedback and suggesting improvements.<br>• Optimize application performance for speed, scalability, and adaptability across future projects.<br>• Lead the creation and maintenance of comprehensive technical documentation for the application.<br>• Ensure adherence to architectural standards and provide guidance to development teams on best practices.<br>• Drive innovation by exploring new tools and methodologies to enhance application functionality.

• Proficiency in ASP.NET and .NET development frameworks.<br>• Extensive experience in designing application architectures and implementing scalable solutions.<br>• Strong knowledge of API development and integration.<br>• Familiarity with Azure Data Factory and cloud-based database systems.<br>• Hands-on experience with Angular for developing user interfaces.<br>• Expertise in utilizing AWS technologies for application deployment and management.<br>• Proven track record of optimizing applications for performance and scalability.<br>• Strong ability to lead technical teams and provide mentorship.
