In this long-term contract position, you will play a vital role in managing financial transactions and ensuring the accuracy of our accounts payable processes. Responsibilities: • Process and verify invoices to ensure accurate payment and coding. • Conduct account reconciliation to maintain balanced financial records. • Manage check runs and ensure timely disbursement of payments. • Perform data entry tasks to update and maintain accounts payable records. • Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to address and resolve discrepancies. • Utilize software such as Oracle, QuickBooks, SAP, and Microsoft Excel for financial tasks. • Maintain compliance with company policies and financial regulations. • Support month-end closing activities by providing accurate accounts payable data. • Generate detailed reports related to accounts payable activities.

• Proven experience in accounts payable or a similar financial role. • Proficiency in accounting software, including Oracle, QuickBooks, SAP, and Microsoft Excel. • Strong skills in invoice processing, account reconciliation, and coding invoices. • Ability to manage check runs and ensure timely payment processing. • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry. • Effective communication skills for resolving vendor and internal queries. • Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance standards. • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
