Staff Accountant

For immediate consideration apply today.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Prepare journal entries and support month-end and year-end closing activities.</p><p>• Reconcile general ledger accounts, bank accounts, and credit card statements to ensure accuracy.</p><p>• Maintain and update financial records in compliance with company policies.</p><p>• Assist in creating financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements.</p><p>• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions efficiently.</p><p>• Provide necessary documentation and explanations during audits to support compliance.</p><p>• Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes.</p><p>• Ensure financial records and reports adhere to regulatory and company standards.</p><p>• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance accounting procedures and operational efficiency.</p>
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.<br>• Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience; relevant internship experience may be considered.<br>• Solid understanding of accounting principles and practices.<br>• Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks Online and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.<br>• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.<br>• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.<br>• Effective communication skills and a collaborative mindset.<br>• Experience in public accounting or multi-entity organizations is a plus.
