<p>A client of ours based in Morris County, NJ is currently seeking a Staff Accountant to join their External Reporting group on a full-time basis. The Staff Accountant will be directly involved with preparing and analyzing SEC filings, assist with preparing financial statements and disclosures, and will interface with auditors. Knowledge of US GAAP and SOX Compliance would be helpful.
