Administrative Assistant
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team on a contract basis in Owings Mills, Maryland. In this role, you will support daily office operations, handle administrative tasks, and assist with document management during tax season. This position requires the ability to work efficiently in a corporate environment.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Sort and scan financial documents with precision and attention to detail.<br>• Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.<br>• Manage incoming calls, direct inquiries, and maintain a focused and attentive demeanor.<br>• Utilize Microsoft Office applications to create, edit, and manage documents effectively.<br>• Operate office equipment, including scanners and other devices, to support daily tasks.<br>• Ensure all records and files are well-organized and accessible.<br>• Stand and move as needed to complete tasks efficiently.<br>• Assist with data entry and maintain accurate records.<br>• Collaborate with team members to address administrative needs promptly.<br>• Maintain a business casual approach in all interactions.
• Previous experience in administrative roles within a corporate or detail-oriented environment.<br>• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.<br>• Ability to handle office equipment and devices confidently.<br>• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.<br>• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.<br>• Capable of standing and moving for extended periods when required.<br>• Familiarity with scanning processes and document management.<br>• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently within a fast-paced environment.
