Responsibilities:• Prepare and analyze financial reports to ensure compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).• Utilize SAP R/3 and other financial systems to perform accounting functions with accuracy and efficiency.• Conduct ad hoc financial analyses to support decision-making processes and provide actionable insights.• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to develop and maintain effective working relationships across the organization.• Manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of precision and attention to detail.• Communicate proactively with strong verbal and written communication skills, ensuring clarity and active listening.• Use advanced Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills to create detailed financial reports and presentations.• Act as a reliable team player with a positive attitude, contributing to a collaborative and productive work environment.• Support financial reporting activities and ensure all documentation aligns with organizational standards.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in technical accounting and financial reporting. • Proficiency in SAP R/3 and familiarity with GAAP accounting principles. • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. • Ability to manage deadlines effectively and balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Strong verbal and written communication skills with proven active listening abilities. • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with colleagues and partners across all organizational levels. • Positive attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving and teamwork.
