Executive Assistant
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support the President of our organization. This is a Contract-to-permanent position based in Orlando, Florida, where you will play a pivotal role in managing administrative tasks and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will excel in multitasking, possess outstanding computer and communication skills, and demonstrate exceptional professionalism.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Manage and maintain the President's calendar, ensuring all appointments and meetings are scheduled accurately.<br>• Coordinate and arrange international and domestic travel, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.<br>• Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations with impeccable grammar and formatting.<br>• Organize and facilitate executive meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.<br>• Utilize Adobe, Excel, and Word to create and manage documents effectively.<br>• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications related to the President.<br>• Ensure all administrative tasks are completed promptly and with attention to detail.<br>• Monitor and prioritize incoming requests, providing timely responses and solutions.<br>• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with utmost discretion.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.<br>• Strong proficiency in Adobe, Excel, and Word.<br>• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.<br>• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including grammar and editing.<br>• Ability to manage complex travel arrangements and itineraries.<br>• Proven experience in scheduling and coordinating executive-level meetings.<br>• Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information responsibly.<br>• Must be able to work onsite in Orlando, Florida.
