This role involves managing both commercial and consumer collections, ensuring timely payments, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. Responsibilities: • Handle the collection of overdue accounts for both commercial and consumer clients. • Communicate effectively with clients to address payment delays and negotiate solutions. • Monitor account balances and ensure accurate updates in the system. • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies and disputes. • Maintain detailed records of collection activities and follow-up actions. • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations during all collection activities. • Prepare and analyze reports on collection status and account recoveries. • Provide recommendations for account escalations or write-offs when necessary. • Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients to facilitate future payments.

• Proven experience in commercial and consumer collections. • Strong knowledge of credit and collection processes. • Excellent communication and negotiation skills. • Ability to analyze account data and resolve discrepancies. • Familiarity with billing systems and collection software. • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills. • Proficiency in maintaining accurate and complete records. • Understanding of legal compliance related to collections.
