Customer Service Representative
<p>We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Customer Service Representative to join our team in Oregon City, Oregon. In this long-term contract position, you will play a vital role in assisting individuals in need. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and have experience working with individuals in crisis, we encourage you to apply.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Collaborate with several partners to receive referrals and assess client eligibility for programs.</p><p>• Assist clients in gathering necessary documentation to complete the eligibility process.</p><p>• Manage a high-volume caseload, ensuring timely and accurate completion of documentation and follow-up with clients.</p><p>• Provide empathetic and detail-oriented customer service to individuals facing challenges.</p><p>• Accurately document client interactions and case information in systems.</p><p>• Quickly learn and utilize various IT systems to streamline case management and documentation processes.</p><p>• Maintain effective communication with clients and stakeholders to ensure all necessary steps are completed efficiently.</p>
<p>• At least 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field.</p><p>• Strong ability to handle high-pressure situations with empathy and professionalism, particularly when working with individuals in crisis.</p><p>• Proficiency in using customer service tools and systems, including call center platforms and case management software.</p><p>• Demonstrated ability to manage a large caseload and prioritize tasks effectively.</p><p>• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interactions with clients and partners.</p><p>• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure accurate documentation and case management.</p>
