In this role, you’ll work directly with experienced partners on a variety of matters, including <strong>commercial real estate acquisitions, financings, leasing, and business transactions</strong>. You’ll take ownership of complex closings, draft and negotiate agreements, and advise clients on practical solutions that balance legal precision with business goals. <ul><li>J.D. and active California Bar license (required)</li><li>3–5+ years of experience as a practicing attorney</li><li>Transactional and/or commercial real estate experience</li><li>Admission in additional states (CO, AZ, NM, OR, WA, ID, etc.) is a plus</li><li>Strong analytical, organizational, and writing skills</li></ul>
