Customer Success Specialist
<p>We are looking for a dedicated Customer Success Specialist to join our team in Ontario, Oregon. In this long-term contract role, you will play a key part in ensuring our customers have an exceptional experience by addressing their needs and providing tailored solutions. If you thrive on delivering outstanding service and enjoy working in a dynamic environment, we encourage you to apply.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Perform miscellaneous clerical duties such as typing correspondence and documents, maintaining files, photocopying or faxing documents, answering the telephone, and taking messages as required. </p><p>• Deliver a positive first impression and greeting to walk-in customers and others</p><p>• Process customer transactions by phone, in writing or in person according to organization standards. </p><p>• Ensure customer information is handled with a high degree of confidentiality.</p><p>• Assist in the preparation and processing of loan making and servicing transactions and crop insurance projects as needed.</p><p>• Maintain branch inventory; order and maintain office supplies. </p><p>• Participate in mail activities including opening, collecting, distributing, delivering to post office, and maintaining related equipment. </p><p>• Maintain and monitor customer records and necessary follow-ups by documenting and ensuring accuracy of information.</p>
• Proven experience in a customer success or customer service role.<br>• Strong proficiency in using multi-browser platforms and troubleshooting connectivity issues.<br>• Excellent written communication skills for precise and effective email correspondence.<br>• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 Enterprise tools and their applications.<br>• Ability to deliver exceptional customer service with a focus on exceeding expectations.<br>• Strong organizational skills to handle clerical tasks efficiently.<br>• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.<br>• Commitment to maintaining a high standard of care and attention in customer interactions.
