<p>An established organization is seeking a Project Manager to lead ERP and financial system projects located outside of Tulsa, OK. The ideal candidate will have a background in ERP systems, financial systems, and project management practices. This role requires hands-on experience with ERP implementation, upgrades, and integrations, as well as a proven ability to deliver complex projects on time, within scope, and budget.</p><p>Key Responsibilities:</p><p> </p><p>• Project Management:</p><p>o Plan, execute, and deliver ERP and financial system projects, including system implementations, migrations, upgrades, and integrations.</p><p>o Manage project scope, schedules, and budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.</p><p>o Track project progress, identify risks, and develop mitigation plans to resolve challenges proactively.</p><p>o Document and monitor project deliverables, ensuring milestone completion and quality standards.</p><p> </p><p>• Stakeholder Management:</p><p>o Collaborate with finance teams, IT staff, and external vendors to gather requirements and align on project goals.</p><p>o Provide stakeholders with regular updates, performance reports, and dashboards to promote transparency and accountability.</p><p>o Facilitate communication across cross-functional teams to resolve issues and ensure smooth project execution.</p><p> </p><p>• System and Data Expertise:</p><p>o Oversee ERP configuration and ensure optimal system functionality for business operations.</p><p>o Partner with finance teams to evaluate existing systems and recommend improvements for efficiency and accuracy.</p><p>o Work with technical teams to optimize data flows, reporting capabilities, and integrations with other business platforms.</p>

<p> </p><p>Qualifications:</p><ul><li>3+ years of experience as a Project Manager leading ERP and financial system projects.</li><li>Comprehensive understanding of ERP platforms</li><li>Proven experience managing projects involving financial reporting tools and operational systems.</li><li>Strong proficiency with project management methodologies.</li><li>Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Ability to lead cross-functional teams in both remote and on-site settings.</li></ul><p><br></p>
