<p><strong>Job Title:</strong> Clerical Office Administrator (Temp to Hire)</p><p><strong>Location:</strong> Southwest Oklahoma City, OK</p><p> <strong>Schedule:</strong> Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (100% On-Site)</p><p> <strong>Pay Rate:</strong> $15.00 per hour</p><p><strong>Position Overview:</strong></p><p> We’re seeking a detail-oriented <strong>Clerical Office Administrator</strong> to join a fast-paced office in Southwest OKC. This is a <strong>temp-to-hire</strong> opportunity for someone who thrives in an organized environment, enjoys working with data, and takes pride in accuracy and efficiency.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Perform a variety of clerical and administrative support tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.</li><li>Manage spreadsheets and data using <strong>Microsoft Excel</strong>—including formulas, data entry, and report generation.</li><li>Maintain and update records, files, and documentation accurately.</li><li>Handle phone calls, emails, and general correspondence in a professional manner.</li><li>Assist with processing paperwork and coordinating between departments as needed.</li><li>Provide general office support to management and team members.</li></ul>
<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel</strong> (must be comfortable with formulas, sorting/filtering, and creating basic reports).</li><li>Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.</li><li>Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy office setting.</li><li>Professional communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li><strong>Title experience a plus</strong>, but not required.</li><li>Must be dependable and comfortable working <strong>100% on site</strong>.</li></ul>
