Recruiting Manager
The Recruiting Manager owns the end-to-end talent acquisition function and plays a critical role in building the organization’s workforce strategy. This position is responsible for setting the recruiting vision, translating business objectives into scalable hiring plans, and ensuring the successful delivery of talent across all levels of the organization. The Recruiting Manager leads, develops, and holds accountable a team of recruiters while remaining actively involved in complex, high-impact searches. This role serves as a strategic partner to senior leadership and hiring managers, providing market insight, hiring recommendations, and data-driven guidance to support informed talent decisions. The Recruiting Manager is accountable for recruiting outcomes—including speed, quality, and candidate experience—and continuously evaluates and improves processes, tools, and sourcing strategies to meet evolving business needs. In addition to people leadership, the Recruiting Manager drives operational excellence by forecasting hiring demand, optimizing recruiter capacity, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring compliance with employment regulations and internal standards. This leader champions a candidate-first mindset, strengthens employer brand presence, and builds sustainable talent pipelines to support both immediate hiring needs and long-term organizational growth.
Minimum of 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with demonstrated success filling roles across multiple job functions and seniority levels 3+ years of experience leading, managing, or mentoring recruiting teams, including performance management and development Proven ability to build and execute recruiting strategies aligned with business goals, workforce plans, and growth initiatives Strong experience partnering with senior leaders and hiring managers to influence hiring decisions and manage expectations Deep understanding of talent market trends, candidate behavior, and competitive sourcing strategies Track record of managing high-volume and/or complex recruiting environments while maintaining quality and candidate experience Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), sourcing platforms, and recruiting analytics Ability to analyze recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, candidate flow, quality of permanent) and use data to drive decisions and improvements Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills Strong organizational and prioritization abilities with the capacity to manage competing deadlines Working knowledge of employment laws, compliance standards, and recruiting best practices Experience managing external vendors and recruiting partners preferred Bachelor’s degree or equivalent detail oriented experience required
