You will:</p><ul><li>Manage day-to-day accounting for assigned property portfolio(s), including bank reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance</li><li>Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements</li><li>Monitor property cash flow</li><li>Review and analyze variances, providing meaningful insights to property managers and leadership</li><li>Support budgeting, forecasting, and reconciliation process</li><li>Monitor lease activity, verifying rent rolls and ensuring compliance with lease terms</li><li>Assist with year-end audits and tax-related documentation</li><li>Partner closely with operations teams to streamline processes and enhance financial performance</li></ul><p><br></p>
<p><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></p><p>You’re the ideal candidate if you are:</p><ul><li><strong>Experienced:</strong> 2–3 years of accounting experience, ideally within property management, real estate, or a related industry</li><li><strong>Technically Skilled:</strong> Proficient with accounting software, Excel-savvy, and comfortable working with large data sets</li><li><strong>Analytical & Organized:</strong> You bring a sharp eye for detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to prioritize in a multifaceted role</li><li><strong>Collaborative:</strong> You communicate clearly and enjoy working with cross-functional teams</li><li><strong>Proactive:</strong> You take initiative, own your work, and continuously look for ways to improve processes</li><li><strong>Education</strong>: Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required</li></ul><p><br></p>
