Join a dynamic Revenue Accounting team that supports Sales Strategic Business Units. This role manages Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes for an assigned portfolio of customers and collaborates across Sales and Finance divisions to deliver valuable insights and ensure operational excellence. This will by a hybrid role with 3 days onsite and the rest remote. Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Ensure timely collections, manage open invoices, resolve payment delays, and serve as an expert in customer payment processes like EDI setups and vendor portals.</li><li>Trade & Deductions Management: Research and resolve customer deductions for trade promotions and supply-chain claims, maintain balances, analyze charges, and collaborate with Sales Planning and Finance to monitor budgets effectively</li><li>Delegate and audit deduction resolution tasks handled by the Broker’s BPO division and ensure compliance with KPIs.</li><li>Serve as the primary point of contact for portfolio analysis, customer P& L reviews, financial forecasts, and trade-spend research.</li></ul>
