<p>We are currently looking for an experienced and dynamic LIHTC Leasing Specialist to join our busy team. The successful candidate will bring a minimum of 3 years' experience in leasing, a commitment to superb customer service, and flexibility to travel frequently to properties within our LIHTC portfolio. As a Leasing Specialist, you will play a critical role in marketing our properties, managing leasing inquiries, and ensuring tenant satisfaction while strictly adhering to LIHTC regulations.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Conduct property tours for potential tenants, emphasizing key features and amenities in compliance with LIHTC regulations.</li><li>Manage leasing inquiries, whether they come in by phone, email, or in-person, providing quick and accurate responses.</li><li>Process lease applications, conduct income verifications, and ascertain compliance with LIHTC occupancy guidelines.</li><li>Collaborate with property management teams to maintain occupancy levels and address tenant demands.</li><li>Regularly update knowledge on LIHTC regulations and guidelines to ensure all leasing activities are compliant.</li><li>Travel often to properties within the LIHTC portfolio for site visits, meetings with property managers, and to evaluate leasing opportunities.</li><li>Deliver exceptional customer service to tenants from the leasing process up and throughout their tenancy.</li><li>Assist in developing and implementing leasing strategies to achieve and sustain full occupancy.</li><li>Undertake administrative tasks related to leasing, which includes maintaining up-to-date records and preparing leasing reports.</li></ul>

<p><strong>Requirements and Qualification:</strong></p><ul><li>At least 3 years’ experience in a similar leasing role.</li><li>An in-depth understanding of LIHTC regulations and guidelines.</li><li>Outstanding customer service skills.</li><li>Great communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to travel regularly to properties across East Bay.</li><li>Solid organizational skills with the ability to multitask.</li><li>Exceptional time-management skills.</li></ul>
