<p>We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our client's team in Norwich, Connecticut. This is a contract position suited for someone who is detail oriented, thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments, and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer support. The role will involve assisting clients with financial and banking-related inquiries while maintaining a high level of professionalism and adaptability.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Respond promptly to customer inquiries through inbound and outbound calls in a high-volume call center setting.</p><p>• Provide accurate and detailed information regarding banking products, services, and loan processes.</p><p>• Assist customers in resolving issues related to financial transactions, ensuring their satisfaction and compliance with organizational standards.</p><p>• Handle customer requests efficiently while adhering to established policies and procedures.</p><p>• Document customer interactions and updates in the system to ensure accurate record-keeping.</p><p>• Collaborate with team members to meet service level agreements and improve customer experience.</p><p>• Stay informed about banking platforms and compliance requirements to provide reliable and up-to-date assistance.</p><p>• Manage multiple tasks effectively while maintaining composure under pressure.</p><p>• Deliver polite and attentive service to all customers, adapting communication styles to suit individual needs.</p>
• At least 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a financial or banking environment.<br>• Strong ability to handle high call volumes in a fast-paced setting.<br>• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.<br>• Familiarity with banking platforms and loan processes is a plus.<br>• Proven ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities.<br>• Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.<br>• Adaptable and detail-oriented approach when interacting with diverse customer needs.<br>• Proficiency in order entry and maintaining accurate records.
