Administrative Assistant
<p>Robert Half is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support one of our premier clients. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys providing exceptional administrative support.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Manage daily administrative tasks, including scheduling, filing, and correspondence</li><li>Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and internal documentation</li><li>Coordinate meetings, calls, and calendar management</li><li>Communicate with clients and internal stakeholders in both English and Spanish</li><li>Maintain accurate records and support office operations as needed</li><li>Handle general office duties and assist team members as required</li></ul><p><br></p>
<p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred</li><li>Fluent bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (business-level verbal and written communication)</li><li>Minimum 3+ years of administrative or executive support experience in a corporate environment</li><li>Proven ability to manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings across multiple time zones, and support senior leadership</li><li>Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with CRM or project-management tools</li><li>Exceptional attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills</li><li>Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism</li><li>Strong multitasking skills and the ability to perform under tight deadlines</li></ul><p><br></p>
