Customer Service Representative
We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join a growing construction company based in North Little Rock, Arkansas. This is a Contract to permanent position, offering an excellent opportunity to contribute to a dynamic team and provide exceptional service to customers. The role involves managing inbound calls, assisting with inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Respond promptly to a high volume of inbound customer calls, addressing inquiries and resolving issues effectively.<br>• Provide detailed information about products, inventory availability, and shipping schedules.<br>• Assist customers with scheduling requests and ensure smooth coordination with relevant teams.<br>• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the system.<br>• Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and provide timely solutions.<br>• Deliver exceptional service to enhance customer satisfaction and build positive relationships.<br>• Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate personnel for resolution.<br>• Stay updated on company products and policies to provide accurate and reliable information.<br>• Ensure adherence to established guidelines and procedures during customer interactions.<br>• Continuously strive to improve processes and contribute to team efficiency.
• Proven experience in a customer service or call center environment.<br>• Strong ability to manage a high volume of inbound calls while maintaining professionalism.<br>• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.<br>• Proficient in handling customer accounts and ensuring satisfaction.<br>• Familiarity with providing information related to inventory, shipping, and scheduling.<br>• Capable of managing multiple tasks and prioritizing effectively in a fast-paced setting.<br>• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and record-keeping skills.<br>• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and adapt to changing customer needs.
