Customer Service Representative
We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Little Rock, Arkansas. In this long-term contract position, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing top-notch assistance and ensuring their needs are met efficiently. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle inquiries in a fast-paced environment.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Handle incoming calls from customers promptly and courteously, addressing their inquiries and concerns.<br>• Provide accurate information regarding products, services, or policies to ensure customer satisfaction.<br>• Process and manage order entries efficiently while maintaining high accuracy levels.<br>• Resolve customer issues by identifying solutions and escalating complex matters when necessary.<br>• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions using company systems.<br>• Assist with outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or provide additional support.<br>• Utilize basic medical terminology to address specific customer needs, when applicable.<br>• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure seamless service delivery.<br>• Continuously stay updated on company policies and procedures to provide accurate information.<br>• Uphold a positive and attentive demeanor in all customer interactions.
• Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment.<br>• Strong verbal and written communication skills.<br>• Proficiency in handling inbound and outbound calls.<br>• Familiarity with order entry processes and systems.<br>• Basic understanding of medical terminology.<br>• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced setting.<br>• High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.<br>• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
