Executive Assistant
<p>We are looking for an Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to senior leadership within an organization. This role will involve managing schedules, overseeing travel arrangements, and facilitating executive meetings to ensure seamless operations. This is a Contract position based in North Charleston, South Carolina.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Manage and maintain executive calendars, ensuring all appointments and meetings are accurately scheduled.</p><p>• Arrange and coordinate complex travel plans, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.</p><p>• Organize and prepare materials for executive meetings, ensuring all necessary resources are available.</p><p>• Act as a liaison between executives and other team members, facilitating clear communication and efficient workflow.</p><p>• Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.</p><p>• Monitor and prioritize incoming communications, responding or redirecting as appropriate.</p><p>• Assist in planning and coordinating events, both internal and external, aligning with organizational goals.</p><p>• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to executive activities.</p><p>• Support additional administrative tasks as required by leadership.</p>
<p>• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.</p><p>• Strong proficiency in managing calendars and scheduling appointments.</p><p>• Demonstrated ability to arrange and coordinate travel plans efficiently.</p><p>• Excellent organizational and time management skills.</p><p>• Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality.</p><p>• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.</p><p>• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.</p>
