Dynamics 365 Support Administrator
<p>Kirk Key Interlock, part of the Sentric Safety Group, is seeking a Dynamics 365 Support Administrator to provide day‑to‑day operational support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F& O) across users. This role ensures the stability, performance, and reliability of D365 F& O by managing updates, supporting users from 1st to 3rd line, maintaining security and access controls, and coordinating testing cycles. <p>• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or Operations, or equivalent certifications related to Dynamics 365 F& O.</p><p>• 2-5 years of experience working with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.</p><p>• Strong understanding of Active Directory, SQL, and computer hardware.</p><p>• Proven expertise in application support and troubleshooting within Dynamics 365 environments.</p><p>• Familiarity with data management frameworks and the ability to ensure data consistency.</p><p>• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and accommodate time zone differences.</p><p>• Excellent communication skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality.</p><p>• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform or reporting tools such as Power BI is a plus.</p><p>• Demonstrated experience supporting enterprise applications, particularly Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, with a strong grasp of system architecture and user workflows.</p><p>• Demonstrate comprehensive understanding of the D365 Finance & Operations update process including change management, regression testing, issue tracking and resolution, user training, and update deployment through LCS.</p><p>• Ability to dissect complex issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions with minimal supervision.</p><p>• Skilled in documenting, optimizing, and enforcing business processes that align with system capabilities and compliance requirements.</p><p>• Comfortable working across departments and time zones, with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear, actionable language for non-technical stakeholders.</p><p>• Embraces evolving technologies and business needs, with a track record of adapting quickly and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.</p><p>• Maintains high standards in data accuracy, system configuration, and documentation.</p><p>• Passionate about empowering users through training, support, and clear guidance, fostering confidence and adoption of new tools.</p><p>• Demonstrate high standards of ethical behavior and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.</p>
