If you are passionate about providing exceptional legal counsel and wish to grow in a collaborative and distinguished law firm, we encourage you to apply.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Provide strategic counsel to clients on estate planning matters, including tax mitigation, asset protection, and long-term financial goals.</li><li>Draft comprehensive legal documents such as wills, trusts, and powers of attorney tailored to client needs.</li><li>Oversee trust and estate administration, managing tasks like asset valuation, collection, and distribution.</li><li>Prepare and file federal and state estate and gift tax returns with accuracy and attention to detail.</li><li>Represent clients in probate court proceedings, offering guidance throughout the legal process.</li><li>Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless handling of complex legal cases and client matters.</li><li>Conduct legal research to stay updated on changes in estate planning laws and regulations.</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care.</li></ul>
