<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field</li><li>2+ years in a Controller or financial leadership role</li><li>Healthcare or medical industry experience strongly preferred</li><li>Strong grasp of accounting principles, reporting, and compliance</li><li>Proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel</li><li>Excellent communication and analytical skills</li></ul>
