This Contract-to-permanent position offers the opportunity to work on diverse compliance tasks while contributing to the development of effective risk management strategies. The role requires on-site presence three days a week, with flexible scheduling options, and offers long-term growth potential in a dynamic and evolving organization. Ideal candidate will have 3+ years of compliance testing experience as a primary skill set, along with other compliance risk related experience. Responsibilities:• Conduct compliance testing to ensure adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements.• Assist in fraud investigations, including gathering data and analyzing patterns to identify suspicious activities.• Monitor business processes to assess and mitigate risks effectively.• Develop and deliver compliance training programs tailored to organizational needs.• Support the completion of risk assessments and provide recommendations for improvement.• Collaborate with teams to enhance compliance management systems and streamline processes.• Prepare detailed reports and documentation related to compliance findings and regulatory updates.• Utilize advanced spreadsheet tools, including Excel, to track and analyze compliance data.• Stay updated on regulatory changes and ensure the organization aligns with current standards.• Participate in ad-hoc projects aimed at improving compliance operations and overall risk management.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in compliance testing within the financial services or real estate industry. • Strong knowledge of Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations and financial crime prevention. • Expertise in conducting risk assessments and regulatory compliance management. • Proficiency in handling compliance monitoring and control testing processes. • Familiarity with sanctions compliance and banking regulations. • Advanced skills in Excel for data analysis and reporting purposes. • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while being proactive and success driven.
