Business Analyst
We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst to join our team in New York, New York. This long-term contract position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to strategic projects within the asset management industry. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in business analysis and process improvement, as well as the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Conduct comprehensive business analysis to identify and document requirements for projects and initiatives.<br>• Collaborate with stakeholders to assess business needs and translate them into actionable plans.<br>• Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather input, define objectives, and align on solutions.<br>• Perform detailed document reviews to ensure accuracy and compliance with organizational standards.<br>• Analyze gaps in current processes and recommend improvements to optimize workflows.<br>• Provide insights and recommendations to enhance customer service operations within call centers.<br>• Work closely with Agile Scrum teams to support project delivery and maintain alignment with business goals.<br>• Create detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and project updates to stakeholders.<br>• Support the implementation of solutions by coordinating with cross-functional teams.<br>• Ensure all deliverables adhere to established timelines and quality standards.
• At least 5 years of experience in business analysis or a related field.<br>• Strong knowledge of Agile Scrum methodologies and their application in project management.<br>• Proven experience in conducting gap analyses and recommending process improvements.<br>• Familiarity with call center customer service operations and best practices.<br>• Proficiency in document review and ensuring compliance with organizational standards.<br>• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.<br>• Ability to create detailed reports and presentations tailored to various audiences.<br>• A proactive approach to problem-solving and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
