In this role, you will streamline software development and deployment processes while ensuring system reliability and scalability. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and contribute to the optimization of cloud-based solutions.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Address and resolve problem tickets and service desk requests in a timely manner.</p><p>• Collaborate with software developers and IT teams to improve system integration and workflow automation.</p><p>• Perform regular system checks to ensure reliability, security, and scalability.</p><p>• Document procedures and provide guidance to team members on DevOps practices.</p><p>• Analyze and troubleshoot system issues to minimize downtime and improve efficiency.</p><p>• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve operations.</p>

<p>• Proven experience in DevOps engineering or a related IT support role.</p><p>• Hands-on experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) and its various tools.</p><p>• Proficiency in Kubernetes for container management and deployment.</p><p>• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.</p><p>• Ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly in a dynamic environment.</p>
