						• Previous experience in a front desk, concierge, or customer service role is highly preferred.<br>• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage professionally with diverse groups.<br>• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.<br>• Ability to handle multi-line phone systems efficiently and effectively.<br>• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills to manage files and data.<br>• Friendly and approachable demeanor, with a willingness to ask questions and seek solutions.<br>• Familiarity with security protocols and procedures is a plus.<br>• Capable of working independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
