Admissions Representative
<p>We are looking for a success-driven Admissions Representative to join our client's team in New Britain, Connecticut. This contract position offers flexibility and involves engaging with prospective students to promote educational opportunities and schedule appointments. The role requires a proactive individual who understands the dynamics of academic environments and excels in sales or customer service.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Conduct outreach to prospective students through phone calls to promote educational programs.</p><p>• Schedule appointments with potential candidates, ensuring a seamless process for admissions.</p><p>• Maintain accurate records of leads and follow-ups using the designated systems.</p><p>• Collaborate with the admissions team to meet recruitment goals and deliver exceptional service.</p><p>• Adapt to a flexible work schedule, including occasional evening shifts.</p><p>• Provide detailed information about programs and answer inquiries from prospective students.</p><p>• Support team members during peak periods or while covering for colleagues on leave.</p><p>• Deliver outstanding customer service to create positive experiences for all contacts.</p><p>• Work fully onsite while also accommodating remote tasks as needed.</p><p>• Stay informed about school-specific dynamics to better connect with potential students.</p>
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or promotional outreach.<br>• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with prospects.<br>• Ability to handle high-volume outreach and manage multiple leads.<br>• Familiarity with academic environments and admissions processes.<br>• Proven ability to schedule and organize appointments efficiently.<br>• Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively within a team.<br>• Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic schedule, including evening availability.<br>• Proficiency in maintaining accurate and organized records of interactions.
