Power Platform Developer
<p>We are looking for an experienced Power Platform Developer to join our team in New Brighton, Minnesota. In this long-term contract role, you will leverage your expertise in Microsoft Power Platform tools to create innovative solutions that streamline business processes and enhance data analysis capabilities. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate with various teams to deliver impactful results while ensuring compliance with best practices.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Design and develop custom applications using Microsoft Power Apps to address specific business needs.</p><p>• Automate workflows and improve system integration through Microsoft Power Automate.</p><p>• Build detailed dashboards and insightful reports using Microsoft Power BI to support decision-making.</p><p>• Manage and model data effectively using Dataverse and other relevant data sources.</p><p>• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement scalable solutions.</p><p>• Ensure all solutions are secure, compliant, and follow established best practices.</p><p>• Utilize Microsoft Azure and SharePoint to enhance system functionality and connectivity.</p><p>• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for developed applications and workflows.</p><p>• Document processes and solutions to maintain clear communication and project transparency.</p>
<p>• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Power Platform development.</p><p>• Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform tools, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.</p><p>• Strong knowledge of data modeling, connectors, and integration techniques.</p><p>• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure and SharePoint services.</p><p>• Demonstrated ability to create Business Requirement Documents and manage configuration processes.</p><p>• Experience with API development and system integration.</p><p>• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively with teams.</p><p>• Strong communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.</p>
