Human Resources Administrator
We are looking for a dedicated Human Resources Administrator to contribute to various HR initiatives and administrative functions in New Berlin, Wisconsin. This Contract-to-Permanent position offers an opportunity to support critical HR projects, ensure compliance, and enhance processes that impact employee policies, performance management, and benefits administration. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and a commitment to handling sensitive information with discretion.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Provide support for HR administrative projects, ensuring tasks are completed with accuracy and compliance.<br>• Review and update employee handbook content to align with legal updates and organizational requirements.<br>• Assist in the preparation and execution of the fall performance review cycle, including refining processes and updating rating systems.<br>• Collaborate with HR leadership to enhance policies and workflows that promote a positive employee experience.<br>• Oversee adjustments to commercial insurance coverage, utilizing available resources for safety education and transcript management.<br>• Handle sensitive employee and organizational information with confidentiality and precision.<br>• Deliver general HR administrative assistance across various projects and daily operations.
• At least 1 year of experience in human resources administration or a related field.<br>• Proficiency in handling legal forms and correspondence.<br>• Demonstrated ability to manage background checks and ensure compliance with HR procedures.<br>• Knowledge of benefits functions and their administration.<br>• Strong organizational skills with an ability to multitask effectively.<br>• Experience working with sensitive information and maintaining confidentiality.<br>• Excellent communication skills to collaborate across teams and departments.
