Project/Program Manager III
We are looking for an experienced Project/Program Manager III to join our team in Nashville, Tennessee. This role involves overseeing complex projects and programs while ensuring compliance with organizational policies and procurement standards. As this is a long-term contract position, you will play a vital role in driving successful project outcomes and managing resources effectively.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Manage and oversee the execution of projects and programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.<br>• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance and streamline operations.<br>• Collaborate with procurement teams to manage supplier relationships and agreements.<br>• Monitor financial aspects of projects, including budgeting and cost control.<br>• Facilitate change management processes to support organizational transitions.<br>• Analyze and optimize workforce management within contingent labor programs.<br>• Prepare and present reports detailing project progress, risks, and solutions.<br>• Ensure adherence to contractual agreements and organizational standards.<br>• Utilize R Code and other tools to support analytical tasks and decision-making.<br>• Lead cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones and objectives.
• Proven experience in project and program management within a corporate environment.<br>• Strong knowledge of policy development and compliance standards.<br>• Expertise in procurement and supplier management processes.<br>• Familiarity with financial management and budgeting principles.<br>• Demonstrated ability to lead change management initiatives.<br>• PMP Certification or equivalent qualification demonstrating attention to detail.<br>• Proficiency in using R Code and other analytical tools.<br>• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for team collaboration.
