This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in automotive or engineering, who thrives in data-driven environments and enjoys solving complex operational challenges.</p><p>As part of a dynamic and growing team within the payments and logistics space, you will have the opportunity to shape the future of our fleet services and make a meaningful impact on business outcomes.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Develop and implement capacity planning and forecasting tools to optimize fleet service operations.</li><li>Analyze large datasets to identify trends, forecast needs, and present insights to stakeholders.</li><li>Collaborate cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams to drive strategic decisions.</li><li>Lead and influence projects without direct authority, using strong communication and organizational skills.</li><li>Translate customer needs into scalable solutions, balancing business goals with technical constraints.</li><li>Support planning for Class 4–6 vehicle fleets and other automotive models (e.g., Tesla).</li></ul>

<p> <strong>Required Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Data Science, or related field.</li><li>3–5 years of relevant industry experience in capacity planning, fleet services, or automotive operations.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SQL; experience with data visualization and analysis tools.</li><li>Strong data sourcing and modeling skills, with the ability to simplify complex datasets for decision-makers.</li><li>Familiarity with automotive technician service hour planning and fleet maintenance forecasting.</li></ul><p><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Experience with Class 4–6 vehicle fleet operations.</li><li>Knowledge of automotive systems and service planning.</li><li>Demonstrated success in delivering data-driven solutions from concept to execution.</li><li>Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.</li></ul><p><br></p>
