Project Coordinator III
We are looking for a skilled Project Coordinator III to join our team in Nashville, Tennessee. In this role, you will collaborate with an international team to enhance the learning experience for leaders across global operations. You will oversee translation workflows, manage customer relationships, and contribute to process improvements. This is a long-term contract position offering an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Develop and maintain detailed project plans to ensure smooth execution of translation workflows.<br>• Manage administrative tasks and create projects within Amazon’s translation management system.<br>• Act as the primary point of contact to provide first-level support and set clear expectations with customers, vendors, and partners.<br>• Organize and prepare files for translation, ensuring accuracy and readiness.<br>• Oversee review processes and incorporate feedback into translation memories effectively.<br>• Identify opportunities to enhance workflows, tools, or processes and implement improvements.<br>• Foster a positive team environment that promotes collaboration and continuous learning.<br>• Coordinate with global stakeholders to ensure alignment and quality in deliverables.<br>• Monitor project timelines and address any potential delays proactively.
• Bachelor’s degree in communications, business, linguistics, or a related field.<br>• Proven experience working with international teams or customers.<br>• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.<br>• Strong organizational and time management abilities.<br>• Familiarity with translation management systems is preferred.<br>• Background in learning design and development teams is a plus.<br>• Experience with machine translation and post-editing workflows is highly desirable.<br>• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
